NEW USERS GETTING STARTED: We recommend that you begin with any of the following workouts:  Power Sculpt Combo, Flat Belly Abs & Sculpted Arms. Let’s Roll!,  Summer Arms & Abs, Upper Body Power Sculpt, Power Sculpt Arms, Total Body Sculpt – Beginner Balance. Stick with those until you are comfortable and familiar with the program.  Please be advised Awesome Arms & Ballerina Glutes & Thighs used the old method of extender cords verses LONG cords.  Simply use your LONG cords when extender cords are being used in these two workouts.  There are 4 workouts that feature (3) spinning exercises. The equipment has evolved to commercial grade equipment and is too heavy with more durable, harder material and not meant for the spinning exercises.   You may still opt to do the spinning exercises by simply holding the rings (one in each hand and circling your arms). This is just as effective.
