Every workout effectively works all muscles groups at a fairly intense level. Easy to do, but intense to the muscles helping you get the results you are hoping for!
Level 1: Beginners will be able to perform most of the exercises without prior 3X3FIT Experience
Level 2: Make sure you do LEVEL 1 a few times before jumping into the level 2 workouts
