This sixty-minute workout is all about sculpting your body with a large variety of total body circuits including the following: Strength, Stretch, Balance, Flexibility, Core, Cardio training.
This workout will move quickly from one exercise to the next with awesome, high energy music to keep you motivated. This workout is designed to tone-up and define your muscles from head to toe. These workouts will incorporate some of 3X3FIT’s most popular workouts. (See video demos below). #FUN #HIGHENERGY #RESULTS!
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS CLASS DESIGNED FOR? Beginner to advanced. All levels! We have tension levels that vary from LIGHT to Heavy (15 to 25 lbs. tension cords). Kim is happy to meet early for one on one instruction for those who feel they need a little more help/instruction. However, if you have never used the program before you will need to either schedule a private lesson (see Private Lessons under “Classes” tab) or do a few 3X3FIT workouts out home to prepare for 1st class. SNOW DAYS: If there is a snow day, the missed day will be rescheduled for a Tuesday or Thursday class or class member will receive a $15 credit towards the next session (or a $15 refund if class member is not able to use).

. Once registered FOR CLASS Kim will send you a confirmation (with-in 48 hours) and set-up a date, time, and location that works best for group. Kim has access to two studios in Eden Prairie, however, is open to visiting your gym (in Western Suburbs) if gym owner is open to outside instructor teaching in gym studio.

. This class is limited to (10) women, allowing each class members able space between each other. Therefore, this class in non-refundable.

Beth Heaton: I love Kim’ 3 x 3 fit classes!!! I came in not having worked out consistently for years due to physical injuries. I continued to age, go through menopause, and gain weight during this time! I felt discouraged about my body, weight and fitness. I would try something for a little bit and end up hurting myself or I would lose interest.
Then I saw Kim demonstrating her 3 x 3 fit equipment and workouts on Twin Cities Live and just knew that I needed to give her program a try.
I purchased the necessary equipment and it sat in a box in my basement for nearly 6 months!!! I could have started working out on my own because her exercise videos are on YouTube or Demand but I was SO unmotivated.
Then, Kim offered in person classes 2 x a week. I wasn’t sure this was wise for me with Covid and my health issues. But! Kim keeps the classes on the smaller size (10-12 women) so I feel comfortable from a Covid standpoint plus it means you get more attention from Kim and get to know the other ladies in the class. It is like getting personal training at a fraction of the cost than at larger health clubs.
I have been doing 3 x 3 fit for a couple of months now and look forward to my exercise classes. I hate to miss a class!
We have fun, work out, sweat and laugh a lot. I will never look like Kim Ross. She is stunningly beautiful inside and out and joy and encouragement radiate out of her. She is passionate about women’s health and fitness and truly cares about us mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually! I can now exercise and not re injure myself, feel encouraged and am motivated to better care for myself!!!
