3X3FIT FALL FITNESS Chair Workout – Total Body Sculpt including Beginner Balance
Experience a TOTAL BODY workout all while sitting in a chair.
A “BALANCE” segment of this class will be taught with the assist of a BALLET BARRE.
This class is limited to 8 people to provide ample space between each class member.
12 Class Sessions: ($15 each)
This (45) minute lunch-time workout is all about sculpting your entire body all while sitting in a chair. However, we will also include a short segment of stand-up ballet style balance work using a ballet barre. This workout will move quickly from one exercise to the next with awesome, high energy music to keep you motivated. It will incorporate some of 3X3FIT’s most popular workouts. WHEN: November 1 – December 15 Mondays & Wednesdays 1:00 – 1:45 PM (12 Classes total = $15 each No classes on Dec. 6 & 8)
WHERE: Prairie School of Dance Studio located at Grace Church 9301 Eden Prairie Road, Eden Prairie, MN (Large beautiful fully mirrored studio with mirrors on 3 walls and ballet barres for balance work. This studio would easily and comfortably fit 15+ but limiting to 8 to provide ample space for each women to have plenty of distance between other class members)
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS CLASS DESIGNED FOR? Beginner to advanced. All levels! We have tension levels that vary from LIGHT to Heavy (15 to 25 lbs. tension cords).
COST: $180 for (12) sessions (Each class member will be given up to (2) $15 Website credits if they are unable to attend a session. While no refunds will be made for missed classes, the $15 web credit can be used towards anything on the website excluding future classes. If there is a snow day, the missed day will be rescheduled for a Tuesday or Thursday class or class member will receive a $15 credit towards the next session (or a $15 refund if class member is not able to use).

What equipment is needed for class?
G3 Rings (1.5 lbs. each)
LONG cords (standard in every equipment order. These vary 13.5″ to 23″ based on your height.)
73″ POWERCORD(S) (Light tension for sure. Can add Medium if needed.)
POWER FLEXCORDS (Light (15) lbs. & Medium (20 lbs.) for sure and can add Heavy if needed.
LIGHTWEIGHT PAIR OF TENNIS SHOES
GRIP SOCKS (NOT NECESSARY, BUT BRING IF YOU OWN)
