How does the Total Body Roller work with my 3X3FIT equipment?   You simply attach one of your G3 Rings and LONG Standard cords to the rings and begin rolling!   If you do not currently own the 3X3FIT basic equipment (G3 RINGS & CORDS), please see SHOP page 1 to order.  The original rings (1/2 lb. each) sold prior to 8/18 are not built for the Total Body Roller.  Use only G2 (.09 lbs. each)  or G3 rings (1.5 lbs. each).
