What type of exercise is 3X3FIT?
3X3FIT is functional fitness with focus on exercises that include strength, balance, flexibility and stretch. It is a new generation of fitness that offers a new and highly effective way to train and condition all muscles of the body. It is a safe, low impact and balanced approach to fitness conditioning.
The exercises promote sculpting and strengthening of the body without adding bulk.
What is the function of the equipment?
3X3FIT equipment allows beginners to advanced level athletes to perform exercises they could not otherwise do. It takes yoga and Pilates to a new level with its resist/assist heavy tension system allowing the user to go beyond common yoga and Pilates exercises. The Patented 3X3FIT 3 lb commercial grade rings & heavy tension cords are used for resist and assist, allowing beginners to work out at advanced levels with comfort and ease the very first time!
Users are able to perform brand new athletic level exercises they could not otherwise do and with a broad range of motion. In fact, it allows the user to also perform common exercises that would otherwise be difficult or even impossible to do without the assist of 3X3FIT.
How can a beginner and athlete both get an effective 3X3FIT workout with the same workout?
A beginner, even somebody who has not worked out in years (or ever) will do less range of motion using more assist of the heavy tension cords. The resist acts as the assist in the athletic level exercises. It doesn’t matter if you do only a fraction of the reps or half the range of motion as you get started. If you feel it in your muscles and work them to fatique, that is evidence your muscles are working and that is what you need to make true change. As a user gets stronger (both beginner & athletic level), they begin using greater range of motion and do more reps. This truly is for beginners to athletic level.
