What is the #dailychallenge?  The daily challenge is a group of 3X3FIT users from all over the Country coming together daily by posting the workout that they did that day on Facebook page 3X3FIT (the daily post), adding comments and feedback that might be helpful to other users and also reaching out and encouraging and lifting up fellow participants.   And, it’s a healthy competition. There are 15 prizes for those who participate based on the number of times you work out each month.  Check out some of the daily feedback below.

HOW DO I JOIN?  Simply go to Facebook page 3X3 FIT and scroll down to the #3X3FITDAILYCHALLENGE post.  The #3X3FITDAILYCHALLENGE post will be posted the night prior for early birds.   Be sure to check the POST date before entering the workout that you completed.  New Participants may join at any point during the Challenge.

SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT!  HOW DO I POST THE  WORKOUT I COMPLETE THAT DAY?   Post the workout that you completed that day (#honorsystem) and any feedback you want to leave in comments under that particular daily post.  3X3FIT will keep a daily tally via the daily posts and update here on the website.  Final results will be posted on Facebook and emailed to all customers on Sept 1st.  

It is a great way to get our workouts done and to be held accountable!  And, for a little extra motivation we have added PRIZES!
*The person who has completed the most days wins 1st PRIZE and so forth.   Results will be posted on October 1st.

Prizes are determined by the participants who work out the most days with 3X3FIT during the Daily Challenge (Sundays excluded)

1st prize:   Lifetime Membership to OnDemand (Value $149) or $50 Web Credit

2nd prize:   Lifetime Membership to OnDemand (Value $149) or $40 Web Credit

3rd – 5th prize:  3 Month Membership to OnDemand (Value $49) or $20 Web Credit

6th – 10th prize $10 Web Credit or 1 Month Free OnDemand Membership (Value $11.95)

BONUS WEB CREDIT: Receive $20 Web Credit each time you refer a brand new 3X3FIT user.  

What qualifies as a new user/customer?  A person who has never purchased from 3X3FIT before and purchases a 3X3FIT package that includes rings.

THE RULES:  This is the #honorsystem and while we cannot judge which workouts you choose or if you do multiple in one day, there is an expectation that you choose more than just X-press workouts all month.  It is okay to throw one in here and there for those crazy times, but try to mix it up and include full-length videos (20+ mins when you can).  However, in the end the winners are chosen by how many days they worked out with 3X3FIT.

Question:  What if there is a tie?

Answer:  In the case of a tie, the prize split will be handled fairly and at the discretion of 3X3FIT.  Example:  If three participants tie for same number of days for 1st prize, each participant may opt for Lifetime Membership or the value of the prize will be split between the winners to be used towards ENIVA  kit designated for that prize level.  A coupon will be given.  

Distribution of prizes:  Please allow up to 2 weeks for distribution of prizes.

Constance Bynaker Core Burn1x2, Core Burn 2, Sit and Sculpt. I’m happy to report arm improvement here as well- both esthetically snd strength wise-yay! As a matter of fact, my younger sister is here to visit and was struggling to bring her suitcase up one step at a time, so I grabbed it from her with one arm and flew up the stairs with it. I’m happy to report that I’ve lost a little over 7 inches (without really modifying my meals) during this 30 day journey and I hope to never see them again! This challenge was perfect for me as it helped me develop a good daily habit and really stick to it- 3X3FIT is the first thing I do every morning- a great way to start the day! Total Body Sculpt-BB, Core 360, Bounce 🟢 ( that’s my big green ball)-it’s a great thigh workout too! Loving I don’t have that little tweaky ouchy feeling when I bend over to pick something up or tie my shoe anymore- that happened after about 3 weeks into the challenge in August and something I’m thankful for everyday!!

Chris Prueher I completed Precision Body Sculpt and Stretch 3. First time doing this one and there was a lot of wobbling! Very good for getting a handle on the balance!

Betsy Gorman Brewer Very short on time today since my primary goal was to get in miles for the Blue Ridge to the Beach challenge. The quick core workout (pilates) was perfect.


Dianne Breyer Core Burn 1 – Sit Up, Core Burn 2 – Pilates, Stretch (Mat). My hips are so tight — I should probably do this stretch every day to open my hips and test my balance. Don’t let the word “stretch” fool ya. It’s still a full body workout. But much needed.

9/28 workout: repeat of Saturday…Flat Belly Abs and Sculpted Arms plus 3 minutes spinning arms with light rings. Arms are super shakey again. Tells me I’m doing the right workout to get them stronger.
Chris Prueher I completed Power Sculpt Combo.  All equipment used, the favorite 🥨stretch included…what is not to like? I feel like this workout has been integral to my body really shaping up all over! My legs have gotten so toned that I don’t even know if they are really mine…😂😂❤️
