Sundays are a non-challenge day.  They will NOT count towards your final workout day count. However, there will be a 3X3 FIT Facebook post so feel free to share your workout and comments that day with fellow challengers.

Prefer a different workout than the one that is posted?  That is okay.  This is only a guide.  ALL 3X3FIT workouts attack the abs and arms.  Some are just a wee more intense than others!  The workouts chosen were chosen for that reason.  However, the most important part of this Challenge is keeping you on track with a daily 3X3FIT workout.   

How do I join the DAILY CHALLENGE? Go to Facebook page 3X3 FIT.  Scroll down to the Daily Challenge ‘daily’ post.  Simply add the 3X3FIT workout you did that day into the comments.  Feel free to add comments about your workout/helpful hints/encouragement.  Boom! You are part of the Daily Challenge! Track your workouts and submit your final # on September 2nd.  #HONORSYSTEM

Incentives for a little extra motivation!   Post your workouts daily.  Those who successfully complete (48) 3X3FIT workout days during the 60 day Challenge will be put into a drawing for the following prizes: (1) $50, (2) $15, (3) $10 & (4) $5  3X3FIT Store Credit (not valid towards certain sale or close-out items.  Coupon must be used all at one time and cannot be combined with any other coupon.  Coupon may be transferred to a friend or family member.  Shipping is not included, however, many accessories ship free.)

If you do not own the equipment needed for the workout selected, you may substitute another CORE or ARM based workout for that day.  Or, if you are not a members of OnDemand you may participate with whatever DVD workouts you own or sign-up for membership at www.3X3FIT.com to enjoy a selection of 80+ workouts.

Constance Bynaker Core Burn1x2, Core Burn 2, Sit and Sculpt. I’m happy to report arm improvement here as well- both esthetically snd strength wise-yay! As a matter of fact, my younger sister is here to visit and was struggling to bring her suitcase up one step at a time, so I grabbed it from her with one arm and flew up the stairs with it. I’m happy to report that I’ve lost a little over 7 inches (without really modifying my meals) during this 30 day journey and I hope to never see them again! This challenge was perfect for me as it helped me develop a good daily habit and really stick to it- 3X3FIT is the first thing I do every morning- a great way to start the day! Only ONE more day to go- and then we start all over! 😁 It’s been fun seeing everyone’s comments and progress! Thanks for all the motivation to all you competitive ladies and to Kim for such a great program!”

Total Body Sculpt-BB, Core 360, Bounce 🟢 ( that’s my big green ball)-it’s a great thigh workout too! Loving I don’t have that little tweaky ouchy feeling when I bend over to pick something up or tie my shoe anymore- that happened after about 3 weeks into the challenge in August and something I’m thankful for everyday!!

Debra Dahl Completed Flat Belly Abs and Sculpted Arms. My abs hate me. I have no idea how you are able to smile through all that leg work without sweating. 🙂 I feel is so deep within my body. Thank you very much 🙂 By the way, hope you are feeling better.

Chris Prueher I completed Precision Body Sculpt and Stretch 3. First time doing this one and there was a lot of wobbling! Very good for getting a handle on the balance!

Rochelle Mermelstein Good morning everyone! Day 14 of the DC🏆. I have now been doing 3X3FIT workouts for over 3 months, and I realize that I am obsessed. It’s a good obsession! Lisa Bernier- Perleberg I had a lazy day, but made myself do 360 Core Pilates after our family bike ride. I felt so good after that I ended up doing X-Press Upper Body & Chair Arms.

Sue Bickel Good morning exercise pals! I did Praise 1 today. Love the scripture verses with the stretches!! My body definitely needs more of these type of stretches as it is very tight, I’m excited to see the changes happening already! A blessed day to all of you ❤️

Betsy Gorman Brewer Very short on time today since my primary goal was to get in miles for the Blue Ridge to the Beach challenge. The quick core workout (pilates) was perfect.


Dianne Breyer Core Burn 1 – Sit Up, Core Burn 2 – Pilates, Stretch (Mat). My hips are so tight — I should probably do this stretch every day to open my hips and test my balance. Don’t let the word “stretch” fool ya. It’s still a full body workout. But much needed.

9/28 workout: repeat of Saturday…Flat Belly Abs and Sculpted Arms plus 3 minutes spinning arms with light rings. Arms are super shakey again. Tells me I’m doing the right workout to get them stronger.
