9/3/21 – Daily Challenger Marji Eismonth says this: “DC girls – this group has been the BEST thing that has happened in my life in the past year. Dianne Breyer Core Burn 1 – Sit Up, Core Burn 2 – Pilates, Stretch (Mat). My hips are so tight — I should probably do this stretch every day to open my hips and test my balance. Don’t let the word “stretch” fool ya. It’s still a full body workout. But much needed.
