“I have scoliosis (severe curvature of the spine).  At age 15 my Dr. said the pain would be crippling if I didn’t wear a brace.  I did not and by age 18 he was right.  It was unbearable at times.

Image of my upper thoracic spine.  Curvature is both upper and lower spine.  S curve.

Since discovering exercise at age 19, my life changed.  And, my years of pain as a teenager changed.  I made exercise a lifetime commitment to prevent issues and the propensity for neck, back, hip & knee issues.

Hip Flexor exercises and stretching are most critical for our bodies the older we get.   Being sedentary is the primary reason for hip flexor issues.  However, not the only reason.  3X3FIT is stretching/Total Body Sculpting taking you beyond the norm with the patented weighted (3 lbs! commercial grade) rings with assist/resist tension cords.

I hope you give a try.  And, I hope and pray that if you are experiencing pain that 3X3FIT will be a source of relief to you.  Of course, as always check in with your health care provide before beginning this or any other exercise program.

God Bless, Kim Marie Ross, 55, 3X3FIT Product & Program Developer

Hip flexors are responsible for all body movement. From sitting to standing to balancing. If you are noticing issues/pain in your legs, your back, neck and even your knees it may be originating in the hip flexors. The good news is that there are easy ways to prevent a lot of the pain you may be suffering.

#1 PRIMARY SOURCE of tight hip flexors: A sedentary lifestyle can lead to tight hip flexors and hip flexor pain. That’s because excessive sitting causes the muscles to relax and deactivate. … Tight hips may also be caused by standing after long periods of sitting. However, you don’t have to be sedentary to have issues. Even athletes suffer problems from tight hip flexors. Easy stretches can be a proactive and simple way to possibly prevent a great deal of pain.

*All hip flexor exercises are featured in one or multiple 3X3FIT workouts and are available via OnDemand Online Membership (39 workouts). See SHOP page for membership options. GREAT NEWS! All 30 exercises will be filmed into one video with instruction and made available to all following the 30 days posts.

*Keep a set of rings by your desk. Sitting for long periods of time is the primary culprit for hip flexor pain.”
