WORKOUT REGIME: 4-5X WEEK – UPPER BODY POWER SCULPT:& FLAT BELLY ABS & SCULPTED ARMS
I would recommend that you take both of these workouts and do a total of 45 mins of the two. Just do one warm up and one cool down stretch. Skip the upper body portion of Flat Belly Abs as you will get enough of the arms in your Upper Body Power Sculpt Workout. Do this routine for the next 30 days. Report back to me!
Plan for success: Put a special calendar on your vanity at home. Mark it off everytime you complete it. This small visual will help you stay on track.
Why these two workouts? Upper Body Power Sculpt will create new lean muscle mass fast. But!! you must challenge your muscles to exhaustion each set. Stick with me until you can’t do another rep. Then take a break and join back in. This will create muscle that is going to shape your arms and get your metabolism revved up 24/7.
